I teach regular weekly classes from my studio Pure Yoga Cheshire in Macclesfield, as well as classes in Glastonbury, Somerset. Please check timetable below and get in touch to book your class.

We ask for contributions so we can continue to offer classes by this medium.

More information about each class:

Traditional Hatha Yoga –  Helping to clear the mind and channel emotions, enabling you to dispel stress and anxiety as you tone and strengthen the body. Suitable for all, including beginners.  

 Vinyasa Flow Yoga – A dynamic flowing style of yoga that harmonizes breath & movement, to give strength, grace and freedom. Our classes encourage the body awareness needed for a correct alignment in the Asana practice. This is an effective way to prevent injuries, to improve body performance and to maintain the health and longevity of the body.

Yoga Slings – build up core strength, release stress from the joints, lengthen and ease the spine, be upside down without adding stress on the neck and shoulders area. Deeply relax.  

 Restorative Yoga – Specific restorative poses which are passive, designed to adjust the nervous system and rest the adrenal glands, enabling the body to move towards balance. In our fully equipped studio we use several props such as chairs, cushions, bolsters, blankets and blocks to support the body allowing the nervous system to experience a deep rest.

Intermediate Hatha Yoga – A class for those looking for a deeper practice, suitable for students with experience in yoga. We practice inversions and several more engaging postures, experiencing the connection between body/mind/breath. Hatha yoga is a physical and spiritual discipline which aims to bring the mind and body into perfect balance
